Study on cyclic voltammetric electrochemical fingerprint method for origin traceability of rice

چکیده
Abstract The origin traceability of geographical indication rice has always been highly concerned, this paper focused on the perspective non-equilibrium samples, and feasibility using cyclic voltammetric electrochemical fingerprint to identify was studied. Jiansanjiang, Fangzheng Xiangshui rice, whose production places were close, selected, collection method data preprocessing explored respectively. Fingerprints with rich information, significant features obtained by fast detection. Principal component analysis combined support vector machine used establish discrimination model, recognition accuracy prediction set over 90.0%, showing a good application prospect. sample measured real-time tracking reaction process could not only reflect differences in types contents components, but also show chemical properties providing new idea for easy accurate identification food.
